Returns & Refund Policy

Aroidplants for you is currently operated as a private hobby seller in Sweden. Purchases are therefore made from a private seller.

Made-to-order & custom products

Most of our 3D printed products are made to order in the size, design and color combination selected by you. We do not offer returns or exchanges for products that are printed or customized after your order has been placed.

Please make sure that you have selected the correct size, design and colors before completing your order.

Ready-made products

For products that are already printed and listed as ready-made/in stock at the time of purchase, we voluntarily offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

To request a return, please contact us at Aroidplants_foryou@outlook.com before sending the product back.

The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged during delivery, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Plants

Because plants are living products and can be affected by shipping conditions, please contact us immediately if a plant arrives damaged or in significantly worse condition than expected. Please include clear photos of the plant and packaging.
