1. About Aroidplants for you

Aroidplants for you is currently operated as a private hobby seller based in Sweden. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We sell 3D printed plant pots, propagation accessories, plant-related products and plants.

Many of our 3D printed products are made to order and are produced after your order has been placed. You may be able to choose size, design, handle style, color or other options depending on the product.

Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

3. 3D Printed Products

3D printing is a manufacturing process where products are created layer by layer. Because of this, small layer lines, minor surface variations or slight differences between products may occur. These are normal characteristics of 3D printing and do not necessarily mean that the product is defective.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions and differences between filament batches.

4. Orders & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the webshop.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Once an order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order.

For made-to-order products, changes or cancellations may not be possible once printing or production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product cannot be produced or supplied. If this happens, any payment received for the affected product will be refunded.

5. Ready-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Products described as ready-made or in stock have already been produced.

Other 3D printed products are normally made to order based on the options selected when ordering.

6. Plants

Plants are living products and may naturally vary in size, color, leaf shape and appearance compared with photographs.

Plants may also react to transportation and changes in temperature, humidity and growing conditions.

Please contact us as soon as possible if a plant arrives damaged or in significantly worse condition than expected and include clear photos of both the plant and packaging.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Sweden.

Delivery times shown in the webshop are estimates and may vary depending on destination, postal carrier, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges that may apply in the destination country.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

8. Returns & Refunds

As Aroidplants for you is currently operated as a private hobby seller, purchases are treated as purchases from a private seller.

Made-to-order and customized products cannot normally be returned simply because the buyer changes their mind.

For products that are already printed and listed as ready-made/in stock at the time of purchase, we voluntarily offer a 14-day return period.

9. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order information together with clear photographs showing the product, the issue and, where relevant, the packaging.

We will review the issue and contact you regarding an appropriate solution.

10. Product Use

Our pots and propagation accessories are intended for normal plant-growing and decorative use.

Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate product and size for their plant and intended use.

11. Intellectual Property

Product designs, photographs, graphics, text and other original content created by Aroidplants for you may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information provided when placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the services used to operate the webshop and process payments.

13. Applicable Terms

For purchases between private individuals, Swedish law, including the Swedish Sale of Goods Act (Köplagen), applies where applicable unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
